路透华盛顿 6 月 28 日 - 倡导组织反诽谤联盟 (ADL) 周三表示,去年接受调查的一半以上美国人表示在其一生中面临过网络骚扰和仇恨,其中包括超过 75% 的跨性别者。
ADL 的第五次此类年度调查显示,过去 12 个月中,几乎所有人口群体中有关网络仇恨和骚扰的报告都有所增加。
大约 52% 的调查受访者表示曾面临过在线骚扰,而去年的调查中这一比例为 40%。
ADL 首席执行官乔纳森·格林布拉特 (Jonathan Greenblatt) 表示:“我们在互联网上面临着创纪录水平的仇恨,这种仇恨常常在我们的社区中转化为真正的暴力和危险。”他敦促科技和社交媒体平台采取更多措施来解决网络仇恨问题。
跨性别者的骚扰率为 76%,而 26% 的犹太受访者、38% 的美国黑人和 38% 的穆斯林表示,他们在生活中的某个时刻曾遭受过网上骚扰。
不包括跨性别者,47% 的 LGBTQ+ 群体受访者表示遭受过网络骚扰。
该倡导组织表示:“由于最近极端反变性立法和言论的泛滥,ADL 今年单独对变性者进行了抽样。”
共和党领导的各州签署了一系列与跨性别青年有关的法案,支持者称这些法案旨在保护未成年人,反对者称限制他们的权利。一些州禁止幼儿教师讨论性别或性行为,而保守派立法者也提出或通过了限制变装表演的法律。
本月早些时候,总统乔·拜登警告说,“歇斯底里”的人会进行“丑陋”的攻击,他说这些人的目标是 LGBTQ 美国人,尤其是跨性别青年。
这项调查由舆情和数据分析公司 YouGov 代表 ADL 于 3 月 7 日至 4 月 6 日在网上进行,涉及 2,139 名成年人和 550 名青少年。它对 LGBTQ+ 或各种少数群体成员的受访者进行了过度抽样。
在报告受到骚扰的人中,54% 的人表示骚扰发生在 Facebook 上,27% 的人表示骚扰发生在 Twitter 上,21% 的人表示骚扰发生在 Reddit 上。
